Event planners book Black Limousine to move speakers, VIPs, wedding parties and guests around Montréal: airport arrivals for a conference, cars that wait through a gala, several vehicles that travel together, and the Sprinter for groups of up to 14. You send the schedule; we plan the cars and chauffeurs and give you one dispatch contact for the day.

How many cars can you send?
Our own fleet covers most events; for larger ones we add vetted partner vehicles so everyone travels together. Tell us the size and we'll say what's possible.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the date is set. Grand Prix weekend, summer weekends and December fill up first.
Can the plan change on the day?
Yes. Dispatch adjusts pickups as the schedule moves; extra time is billed as agreed in the quote.
