A Black Limousine corporate account covers executive, client and guest rides in and around Montréal: airport transfers, meetings, roadshows and events. Anyone you approve can book for anyone on the team, every trip gets a receipt with your reference or purchase order, and approved companies can pay by monthly invoice. Billing and account terms are confirmed in writing before the first ride.

Is there a minimum number of rides?
No. Tell us roughly how many rides a month you expect; the account is set up for that volume.
Can several people book on one account?
Yes. Assistants and travel coordinators can book for any passenger; each passenger gets their own confirmations and the chauffeur's details.
What should I leave out of the form?
No card numbers, passport or ID numbers, or confidential passenger details. We ask for billing details when the account is set up.
